REFUNDS FOR LAYAWAY SERVICE:
Under no circumstances do we allow refunds for Layaway service fees. If you are not 100% certain that you understand and willingly agree that we do not allow the refund of a Layaway service fee, please do not purchase our Layaway services.
A Layaway service fee is only eligible for a refund if your Layaway order has not yet been processed and shipped. You may cancel your Layaway service order and be eligible for a refund of the Layaway service fee only if the order has not been dispatched. Once a Layaway order has been shipped, the service fee is no longer eligible for a refund.
Under specific conditions and meeting exact specifications, we may allow refunds for payments made toward Layaway service payoff installment payments. For clarification of Layaway service fees and installment payments, refer to the Layaway Payment Policy.

REFUNDS FOR BANKNOTE PURCHASES
Refunds (if eligible) for banknote purchases must be requested within three (3) business days of receipt of delivery for your banknote order. If a request for a refund of a banknote purchase is not made within three business days, your order will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
To request a refund for a banknote purchase, you must first seek approval for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) of your order before returning it. Any order returned without an approved RMA will be denied for return, exchange, or refund.
All returned orders must include everything from the original shipment, including the complete order of banknote purchases, all documents, packing slips, and any additional items such as bonus gifts. Free samples of currency, gold, silver, or other free gifts included with the purchase must also be returned in the exact condition they were received.
After your return is received, we will examine the merchandise for authentication. All returned banknotes must be in the exact condition in which they were delivered, with the same serial numbers documented for your banknote purchase. We record and document all banknotes sold. Returned orders with banknotes containing serial numbers not issued by our office will be denied for return, exchange, or refund.
RETURNS & REFUND PENALTY FEES
Damaged or degraded banknotes will not be eligible for an equal value exchange or complete refund. Returns of damaged or degraded goods will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the standard “Buy Back” fee for banknotes in the degraded condition.
If items of value are missing from a returned order, such as silver, gold, copper, free banknote samples, or other items, the approved refund amount will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the replacement cost of the missing items.
A standard restocking fee of 10% of the order total applies to all returns for reasons of buyer’s remorse or mistaken purchases. The restocking fee will be waived only in the event that we ship the wrong items in your purchase.
If we shipped the correct purchase, the buyer is responsible for all return postage shipping expenses and the safe delivery and return of the items. Cheapest Riyal shall not be responsible or financially liable for the safe and secure delivery of returned merchandise when the buyer is responsible for the safe return.
If we shipped the wrong products and your RMA has been approved, you may request a return postage prepaid shipping label from our office. We will mail you a return envelope with prepaid return postage and a tracking number for you to return your order. Cheapest Riyal will not be responsible for payment of return shipping expenses if the correct purchase was shipped.
APPROVED REFUNDS & DISBURSEMENT OF PAYMENT
Once a refund/return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and banking holidays. After approval and processing, we will mail your refund according to the posted mailing guidelines. If available, tracking information will be provided for you to monitor the delivery of your refund payment.
